Corus Entertainment
Maurena Taylor played a pivotal role in developing Corus U's professional development curriculum, serving 800 employees across the organization. She designed and delivered training on leadership, emotional intelligence, and presentation skills. Additionally, Maurena created bilingual e-learning courses using Articulate 360 and implemented a new Learning Management System (LMS) from Brainier, updating learning resources to align with evolving business needs.
Maurena led the Career Development Learning Series, a self-guided program that empowered employees to align their career growth with organizational objectives. She also facilitated and updated the People Leadership series, ensuring content met industry standards in workplace policies and safety training.
Through her comprehensive needs assessments based on the Engagement Survey, Maurena developed tailored courses and coaching to support departments in aligning their strategies with personal and organizational growth, ensuring Corus' workforce remained adaptable to change.
