n collaboration with the Learning & Development team and subject matter experts (SMEs) at MLSE, I contributed to the creation of engaging training content for the "Return to Play" initiative. Using the ADDIE model and PowToon, I developed videos and continuously made adjustments to enhance the effectiveness of the training program. I also provided ongoing LMS support, ensuring that employees had access to blended-learning courses and could easily navigate the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development: Collaborated with SMEs to design and create engaging training materials using ADDIE methodology and PowToon.
Blended Learning Implementation: Developed, launched, and monitored blended-learning courses, tracked completion through reporting, and provided LMS support to ensure employee success.
Instructor-Led Training (ILT) Support: Supported Instructor-Led Training sessions on Webex in producer and coordinator roles, while also editing recorded content to create E-learning modules for future training needs.
Key Achievements:

Successfully developed interactive and engaging training materials to support the "Return to Play" program.
Provided essential LMS support and reporting to track learning progress and course completion.
Enhanced ILT sessions by coordinating and editing content to create lasting E-learning modules.
